  • I am Indian, is Natchu suitable for my hair and skin type?
    Yes, our products have been tested by a variety of ethnicities, across a range of hair and skin type.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, for orders above R800. If you are based in Johannesburg and have the ability to pick up or meet at a mutually suitable place, you may select "Pick Up" as a delivery method at check out. We are glad to deliver straight to you if you are within a 7km radius of our head office (Juskei Park, Randburg).
  • Do you have a physical store?
    No, we do not have a physical store. Natchu products are solely available on our website unless stated otherwise for events etc.
  • Can Natchu help your hair grow?
