Five Step Routine:
Step 1
Prep hair by parting into desired sections, this will make it easier to detangle. Squeeze 3 or more pumps of our 2-in-1 Charcoal hair & body wash into hands and apply to scalp. Massage scalp with finger tips in a circular motion (working shampoo in from roots to tips). Thoroughly rinse.
Step 2
Work Natchu Rinse- Off conditioner in focusing on the tips of your hair, try to avoid your scalp (this helps reduce product build up). Use a wide tooth comb or a suitable brush to help detangle your hair. After detangling by section, twist the hair (two-strand twist), this will help lock in moisture while we work on the rest of your hair). Cover hair with a plastic cap and let conditioner sit for 10 minutes under heat or 20 minutes without heat. Thoroughly rinse hair with lukewarm to cold water.
Step 3
Apply our Multi-Use Leave-in conditioner to each section, this ensures that most of the water is locked in before it evaporates. Do not rinse.
Step 4
Add a few drops of Natchu Hair Growth and Repair Oil to hair strands focusing on the tips, continue with milking motions, starting from the roots to your tips to detangle. For those battling with a dry scalp/dandruff, apply a few drops of oil to the scalp and massage with finger tips using circular motions.
Step 5
To finally seal it all in, apply Natchu Hydrating Curl Enhancing Hair Butter on the tips of your hair stands and work product to the roots. If your hair starts to feel dry, spritz with water. Your hair will begin to feel even more slippery, with a wide tooth comb or brush, detangle each section and prepare for styling.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Digital/Print).

We allow for local pick-ups (Johannesburg area). If you would like to use this FREE method, select “Pick-Up” at checkout and we will get in touch to determine a mutually agreed upon location for collection.
Pick up / Own delivery (Johannesburg)
If you are within Johannesburg and have the means to pick up or meet at a mutually convenient location, select this option at checkout. If you are located within a 7km radius of our main office (Juskei Park, Randburg), we are happy to deliver directly to you :)
Free Shipping Nationwide (Orders R800+)
If your order totals R800 or more, you will automatically qualify for free to door delivery nationwide. Please ensure you select this option at checkout.
PostNet to PostNet (Nationwide)
If you are in close vicinity or have easy access to a Postnet, select this option to avoid the extra cost of "To Door Delivery (Nationwide)".
To Door Delivery (Gauteng)
If you prefer a "To door delivery" within Gauteng, select this option.
